A recent ruling in Payan v. Los Angeles Community College District requires the college to discontinue e-resources that are not compliant with current accessibility standards, a judgement that significantly shifts the landscape for electronic resource librarianship. This presentation will examine the case and its implications for libraries and vendors alike.
