Intended to complement the pre-conference ER&L 101 workshop introducing the components of e-resource access (W01: Is this thing on?), this hands-on session is an introduction to troubleshooting access problems. Learn the ways in which the systems involved in providing access can fail, and how to communicate, diagnose, fix, and track issues.
