As a result of library staffing decisions, some find themselves in “misfit” and/or “lone ranger” roles, wondering to themselves, “What am I doing here and where and I going?” This session will help librarians and administrators address and alleviate this burgeoning problem by fighting mission creep, burnout, and alienation.
