As organizations evolve, they demand more collaborative, efficient and effective ways to get work done. In the context of that libraries move from legacy Integrated Library Systems (ILS) to next generation Library Services Platforms (LSP) and face evolving user needs, soft skills, such as team building, project management, and leadership skills become as essential as technology skills. This workshop provides practical methods and techniques for managing the change in a systematic way by developing adaptive team-building framework through the exploration of a case study.
