In efforts to create worthwhile library workshops, a small health sciences university conducted a needs assessment survey of the workshop topics, modes of delivery, and day/time that various groups would want. Utilizing LibWizard and marketing tools, the response rate turned out better than expected, and the survey results were illuminating.
