This poster presents preliminary results from a recent survey of library employees on their experiences with toxic workplaces in libraries. Come see what toxicity looks like, the prevalence of toxicity in libraries, and advice about how you can predict (on an interview), survive, and prevent (as a library leader) a toxic work environment. The results may surprise you!
