Automatic Upgrades: Are we overestimating and overpaying for concurrent access to ebooks? Using the extended access feature to purchase automatic upgrades, the Pollak Library switched from a non-linear preference to a one-user access model for their Ebook Central DDA. We analyzed usage and compared spending to see the impact that utilizing LibCentral's Extended Access settings had on our efforts to cut costs.
