How can analytics help with runaway PDA programs in challenging budget years? What do the numbers mean? What do they tell us? This presentation looks at the analytics of one PDA streaming video program, and how analytics helped drive decisions in a flat budget year. We also cover the subsequent fallout after its end, and the education on budget realities by subject librarians on the front line.
