Kelly Smith is the Director of Collections and Discovery at Eastern Kentucky University Libraries. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1994, and a Masters of Science in Library and Information Science degree from Simmons College in 1997. Areas of interest in her library practice include: Open Educational Practices; Strengths Based Leadership; Strategic Planning and Assessment; and Organizational Change Management.

Todd Seguin is the OER Librarian at Western Kentucky University Libraries. He received a Bachelor of Fine arts from University of Wisconsin Madison in 1994, and a Masters of Science in Library Science from University of Kentucky in 2019. Areas of interest include: Open Educational Practices; Reference outreach; Assessment; and Accessibility.
